✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have tags attached and be in original packaging
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Sale items, swimwear, lingerie, and earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Ship the item back to the return address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
💸 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
- If your item is rejected (not in returnable condition), we may ship it back at your expense.
📦 Return Shipping

❗Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
