🕒 Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have tags attached and be in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Sale items, swimwear, lingerie, and earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.


🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
  • If your item is rejected (not in returnable condition), we may ship it back at your expense.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

❗Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost.
